Conceived with the 2011 vintage, a great year to symbolise the tradition and passion that has been transmitted through three generations in the iconic wine of Monferrato. The enologist Luigi Dezzani has meticulously curated its evolution: from winemaking to aging for 24 months in historical barrels. It then follows further refinement in the bottle, making this wine a real and special experience. The bouquet is intense, complex and elegant characterized by pleasant spicy notes and red fruit. The taste is full, round and persistent. Food pairing: The Barbera d’Asti 80 anni is great with all the typical courses of the Piemonte’s cuisine. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, meat braised in Barbera and castelmagno’s cheeses.
