The ‘heart’ of the grape distillate of this variety, which is obtained from small, discontinuous, state-of-the-art steam distillers, reveals the most precious things that nature hides in it. It is characterised by nostalgic aromas of rose and bergamot, a velvety taste and a long-lasting butterscotch aftertaste.
