Volcanic is an authentic and unique gin produced through triple distillation with volcanic stones, pure water from the Garrotxa region and the maceration of herbs used to make Ratafia Russet. The volcanic stones are meticulously sterilized and used to eliminate any trace of steam or foam inside the still during distillation, but also to give the distillate the distinctive properties of the volcanic soil of the region.
