The sixth bottling in the Jack Daniel’s Master Distiller Series. This expression was named after James Bedford, who served as master distiller for the distillery between 1988 and 2008. Nose: Quite light and smooth with plenty of sweetness. Hints of dry spice and oily nuts, a touch of smoke. Palate: Smooth and soft with notes of banana milkshake, a mixed nut note, a touch of caramel with crème anglaise. Finish: A little cereal sweetness and toasty oak.
