Teeling Stout Cask is an innovative Irish whiskey, a collaboration between Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery. It’s finished in casks that previously held Galway Bay Brewery’s “200 Fathoms Imperial Stout”. This finish imparts a rich, malty, and chocolatey character to the whiskey, with notes of coffee, biscuits, and caramel. Tasting Notes: Nose: Dark chocolate, truffles, sour apples, and ocean spray. Taste: Sweet malt, roasted barley, sour fruits, and black cherries. Finish: Seville oranges, digestive biscuits, honeycomb, and cream.
