Description Adapalene & Benzoyl Peroxide Soap is used on the skin to treat acne or pimples. This soap may decrease the number and severity of acne pimples and promote quick healing of pimples that do appear. Adapalene, a retinoid, works by affecting the growth of cells and decreasing swelling and inflammation. Benzoyl Peroxide, an antibiotic and skin peeling agent, works by reducing the amount of acne-causing bacteria and by causing the skin to dry and peel off. Directions Apply to the face and under the chin. Perform a preliminary skin test before applying to the whole face. Warnings Avoid contact with eyes: If product comes into contact with eyes, thoroughly flush eyes with water or eyewash solution. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before: using this product at the same time as or immediately following the use of another acne medication, as this leads to excessive dryness or skin irritation. Stop use and ask a doctor if skin or eyes irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children.
