Zanclotac-150 tablet contains 150mg ranitidine hydrochloride, an H2 (histamine-2) receptor antagonist that decreases stomach acid production. It is used to prevent and relieve heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach. Uses Zanclotac-150 ranitidine tablets work by blocking histamine receptors in the stomach which signal increased acid secretion.
